The Japanese dormitory manager and the staff are stationed in the dormitory and they support your new life in Japan. In addition, our dormitory has good access to each school and also to many neighboring convenient facilities. Resident Eligibility

A resident of Tokyo Student-House must be a student currently enrolled in college/university, junior college, vocational school, language school, prep school, or high school around Tokyo area.

5. Sign the contract
6. Move in!

Requirement (for international students)

• For international students, you may choose whether or not to use the guarantee company (OFI). If you choose to use the guarantee company, monthly payments are available. If you do not use the guarantee company, full payment of all fees is required in a lump sum.
• The guarantee commission fee is non-refundable, even if the lease agreement is terminated during the contract period or if the rent or other fees are reduced during the guarantee period.
